Vital Working Hour Schemes: The Dynamic Balance between Various Interests

Abstract: "Balancing Interests", the theme of the 17th International Symposium on Shift Work and Working Time held in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands (September 2005), refers to the ambition to reach an optimal balance between the various aspects of shift work.
