Orthogonal polar image moments which are defined over a unit disk, are used often in watermarking applications. One such image moment is polar harmonic Fourier transformation (PHFT). The quality of the extracted watermark depends on the accuracy of the computed image moments. Various methods have already been used for the computation of the moments with varying degrees of accuracy. This study proposes application of a novel image moments computation method which is a synergy of analytic, and numerical techniques, to image watermarking. The computed moment results in a robust watermark extraction. The PHFT have rotation, and scaling invariance property, which allows the watermark to resist various geometric attacks. In addition to the geometric attacks the watermark has the capability to resist various signal processing attacks. The performance of the proposed watermarking scheme is performed with the methods used in recently published articles. The experimental results show that the proposed method has the better performance compared to other techniques, and has better capability to resist various attacks.

<span>The widespread of global internet has led to the need for developing new methods of protecting multimedia information from exploitation, alteration or forgery, illegal distribution, and manipulation. An attacker is quickly and illegally distributing or changing multimedia information by using various means of computer technology. For detecting this manipulation, this paper suggests blind watermark image inside a host image for observing in the receiver. If the watermark image was retrieved, then the host image was not attacked or manipulated. While if not retrieved, in this case, the image was attacked. The proposed method is depending on a decomposition of the host image using lowest energy sub-bands of Contourlet transform (4-levels), with scrambling by Ikeda map of the watermark image, and selecting new positions by modified Arnold Cat map. This will produce more security and safety, as well as provide more difficulty or prevent hacking. The obtained results confirm the robustness against attacks and more effectiveness of the presented scheme compared with the other similar works. Also, using lowest energy sub-bands will expand area of embedding and this part will be considered in the future works with the color images.</span>

Objectives: This study aims to Improve and Secure the watermarking scheme with dual encryption (chaotic maps and Arnold transform) and channel coding in YCbCr color space with embedding and extraction procedure. Methods: In this scheme, the cover watermarked image is encoded and the singular value is decomposed by singular value decomposition (SVD). The four levels of Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) are applied after that, the singular value matrixes are embedded into the Y, Cb, Cr components of the host image. The embedding factor for each component is calculated with singular vectors of the hl sub-band of DWT with bit selection automatically by Gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM). In this paper, the GLCM technique is used to enhance the performance of a watermarked image affected by degradation with the DWT method. An inefficient approach is chosen randomly for image embedding which is bit selection. There is degradation in the quality of the watermark image when randomly selecting the bits. To dynamically choose the embedding bit, this research applies the Grey Level Co-occurrence Matrix method. Findings: Different performance parameters like Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal to Noise ratio (PSNR), Bit Error Rate (BER), Normalized correlation coefficient (NCC), and Mean Structural Similarity Index Measure (MSSIM) has been used to compare the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The achieved outcomes show that when applying dual encryption and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) with the GLCM, around 10 to 15 percent improvement in the results can be obtained. Novelty: We have proposed a hybrid watermarking scheme with Chaotic maps, Arnold transform and Fast Fourier transform in YCbCr color space.
