Visualization of Food Polyphenols

Abstract: Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI-MSI) is commonly used in food and pharmacological sciences to visualize localization of drugs and food compounds and their metabolites in plant, animal, and human tissues.
