Visualization of Endoplasmic Reticulum Localized mRNAs in Mammalian Cells

Abstract: In eukaryotes, most of the messenger RNAs (mRNAs) that encode secreted and membrane proteins are localized to the surface of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). However, the visualization of these mRNAs can be challenging.
