Visual Problems in Isolated Remote Communities

Abstract: In the more remote and isolated communities, teachers require greater self sufficiency in their knowledge base about the many factors that impact on child learning. Sensory impairment is one such factor and it is essential that teachers be alert to the possibility of undetected impairment.
