Visual Diagnosis: Tension Pneumothorax with Evolving Cysts in an Infant

Abstract: A 5-month-old previously healthy term male infant presents to a rural emergency department (ED) for a 1-week history of increasing congestion, poor oral intake, and a temperature of 103°F (39.4°C).
