Visual Diagnosis: A Young Woman with Acute Abdominal Pain

Abstract: A 27-year-old female with a history of Crohn's disease and familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) presented to the emergency department (ED) with severe abdominal pain after an endoscopic exam.
