The growth of aircraft and passenger movements every year requires the runway pavement structure to go above and beyond to accept dynamic loads caused by each type of operating aircraft. As a result of the significant growth value, it often causes the runway pavement structure to fail prematurely. Early failure of the runway pavement structure can be detected through the distress on the asphalt surface of the runway's flexible pavement. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the surface runway at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport to determine the value of the runway pavement condition due to the soaring movement of aircraft and passengers at I Gusti Ngurah Rai situation in Indonesia. To obtain the value of the runway pavement conditions at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, it was analyzed using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method by conducting a visual inspection of the runway at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, which is divided into 30 segments with an area of each segment is about 4000 m2. The result of the analysis using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method is obtained that the runway at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport has an average PCI value of 86.83, which is included in the very good category, the runway at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is considered to have disintegration and loss of skid resistance, with the most dominant types of damage in the form of patching, jet blast erosion, and bleeding.

Landasan pacu merupakan salah satu hal sederhana yang minimal dimiliki oleh bandar udara sebagai jalur perkerasan yang dipergunakan oleh pesawat terbang untuk mendarat (landing) dan melakukan lepas landas (take off). Kualitas landasan pacu diharapkan dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan sebagai infrastruktur yang digunakan untuk akses utama pesawat terbang dalam melakukan pergerakan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualtitatif, studi literatur, serta kajian model SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil studi literature yang dilakukan diperoleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi meliputi pembebasan lahan, rehabilitasi, izin lingkungan, teknologi atribut, klien, kontraktor, konsultan berdasarkan frekuensi, tingkat keparahan, indeks kepentingan, dan kebutuhan tim proyek dari semua pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, pada proyek bandara beberapa hal yang berpengaruh terkait dengan pengembangkan model kuantitatif yang mengintegrasikan beberapa elemen yang relevan dalam perencanaan MR trotoar landasan pacu bandara, analisis secara visual kerusakan landasan pacu dengan PC serta perampingan informasi yang berpengaruh dalam implementasi sistem berbasis web pada proyek, serta analisis dimensi kualitatif (penyebab penundaan) dan kuantitatif (kinerja waktu) dari masalah penundaan menggunakan dua indikator yaitu Reason for Noncompliance (RNC) sebagai penyebab keterlambatan dan Delay Index (DI) sebagai indikator penundaan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian review ini untuk menentukan variabel yang dapat dianalisis dengan smartPLS untuk menentukan berapa besar pengaruh faktor tersebut.

The main component of the movement area of an airport is its landing strips, which must be kept in optimal conditions for the takeoff and landing of aircraft; it is vitally important to know the current state in which it is operating, in that In this sense, the objective of the investigation was to determine the surfaceevaluation of the asphalt pavement of the runway of the Alférez FAP David Figueroa Fernandini airport in Huánuco (Peru) applying the PCI methodology based on the deterioration observed on its surface. A visual inspection was carried out, measuring the types and areas of deterioration, recording on the inspection sheet provided by the ASTM D 5340 standard to analyze the PCI through the EVALPAV Software; later, the results yielded an average PCI of 62 value that quantifies the state of exemplary conservation in which the pavement is located, for which it is recommended to carry out rehabilitation of said airstrip.
