Abstract:Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a heterogeneous
disease characterized by persistent sinonasal inflammation and sinus
microbiome dysbiosis. Nasal polyps (NPs) is one of the main
manifestations which cause diverse clinical symptoms of CRS. We
