Abstract:We herein report a visible light induced dehydrogenative phosphonylation reaction of glycine derivatives and di‐aryl phosphine oxides. A diverse range of phosphine‐glycine derivatives were constructed under ambient condition in the absence of catalyst and additives. A plausible mechanism was also proposed.
