Visão Baseada Em Recursos: Um Estudo No Cluster De Eletroeletrônicos De Santa Rita Do Sapucaí

Abstract

The Industrial Clusters have peculiarities that boost the competitive advantage of its members. Based on this assumption, this study aims to identify the main resources of the Cluster of Electronics of Santa Rita do Sapucaí and to evaluate the competitive potential of each resource for Cluster companies. This is a descriptive research of a qualitative nature that uses a case study through semi-structured interviews and documentary research. The main result is the identification of the four main competitive resources of this cluster, which are: (i) technical knowledge in the development and manufacture of electronics; (ii) technical knowledge in the development of projects for competition in governmental development bids; (iii) high integration and efficiency of the group's productive chain; and (iv) efficient network of relationships. Of these resources, the "technical knowledge in the development of projects for competition in governmental development bids" and "efficient network of relationships" promote a sustainable competitive advantage for the cluster.
