Abstract:ViruSurf, available at http://gmql.eu/virusurf/, is a large public database of viral sequences and integrated and curated metadata from heterogeneous sources (GenBank, COG-UK and NMDC); it also exposes computed nucleotide and amino acid variants, called from original sequences.
