Viruses may facilitate the cyanobacterial blooming during summer bloom succession in Xiangxi Bay of Three Gorges Reservoir, China

Abstract: The occurrence of cyanobacterial blooms in summer are frequently accompanied by the succession of phytoplankton communities in freshwater. However, little is known regarding the roles of viruses in the succession, such as in huge reservoirs.
