Virus evolution during chronic hepatitis B virus infection as revealed by ultradeep sequencing data

Abstract: Despite chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection (CHB) being a leading cause of liver cirrhosis and cancer, HBV evolution during CHB is not fully understood.
