Virtual twins of nonlinear vibrating multiphysics microstructures: physics-based versus deep learning-based approaches

Abstract: Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems are complex structures, often involving nonlinearites of geometric and multiphysics nature, that are used as sensors and actuators in countless applications.
