Virtual Surgical Planning and 3-Dimensional Printing for the Treatment of Zygomaticomaxillary Complex and/or Orbital Fracture

Abstract: group 1 and in 1 patient (2.4%) in group 2, and the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.16). The functional success rate was 81% in group 1 and 95.1% in group 2. The difference between the 2 groups is statistically significant (P = 0.04). DISCUSSIONThe most important reason for surgical failure in E-DCR is the closure of the bone window due to abnormal wound healing.
