Virtual High Schools: Principal Leadership in an Underexplored Context

Abstract: Principal Wilson is a first-year leader of a virtual high school. Following four years as an assistant principal in the brick-and-mortar school, she encounters unanticipated leadership challenges and policy dilemmas.
