Abstract: This study looks at the idea of virtual fatigue and its significant effects on workers' digital well-being. The problem of virtual fatigue and its impact on IT professionals' digital well-being are examined in this descriptive study. A total of 120 IT professionals received quality and screen time in response to three sets of questions about sleep, work demands, and digital well-being.
