Violation of Kohler's rule at the charge density wave transition in 1T-TiSe2

Abstract: The Kohler scaling of magnetoresistance (MR) is examined across the charge-density-wave (CDW) transition of 1 T-TiSe2 microflakes. The normalized MR value vs ( B/ ρ0)2 showed linear dependence, where B is the magnetic field and ρ0 is the resistivity at zero magnetic field. However, all MR-( B/ ρ0)2 curves at various temperatures were not coincident with each other, demonstrating the violation of Kohler's rule.
