Abstract: Vinyl methyl oxazolidinone (VMOX®) is studied as a new reactive diluent (RD) for highly polar unsaturated polyesters (UPs). Molecules with special structure properties are extensively investigated as components for unsaturated polyester resins (UPRs) and thermosets, particularly for high‐temperature applications.
