Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery versus thoracotomy for recurrent spontaneous pneumothoraxA comparison of results and costs

Abstract: The study has demonstrated the therapeutic efficacy of VATS and in the same time that in VATS the total economic cost is lower (22.7%) in comparison with traditional thoracotomy.
