Vibrational Spectroscopy of Liquid Crystals

Abstract: This contribution presents some applications of static and time‐resolved vibrational spectroscopy to various liquid crystalline systems including low‐molecular‐weight nematics, ferroelectric and antiferroelectric liquid crystals (LCs), polymeric LCs, guest–host systems, and polymer‐dispersed LCs.
