Vibration Damping Analysis of Lightweight Structures in Machine Tools

Abstract: Abstract:The dynamic behaviour of a machine tool (MT) directly influences the machining performance. The adoption of lightweight structures may reduce the effects of undesired vibrations and increase the workpiece quality.
