“…The CP for CRC was implemented in our hospital in January 2004 following a period of development between January and May 2003 and a pilot period from June to December of the same year. 11 The pathway was developed jointly by a group of surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses and therefore includes a task-time matrix containing the medical and nursing processes that patients must undergo.
