Vesicoureteral Junction Obstruction Associated with Unilateral Renal Agenesis

Abstract: A 7-month-old boy with a solitary kidney showed recurrent urinary tract infection. Magnetic resonance urography helps in the identification of vesicoureteral junction obstruction associated with unilateral renal agenesis.
