Vesico-appendiceal fistula revealing pseudomyxoma peritonei

Abstract: We report a case of grade III pseudomyxoma peritonei revealed by mucusuria and abdominal mass. These symptoms are unusual; the most frequent clinical presentation is acute appendicitis or progressively increasing abdominal diameter.
