Vesical Paragonimiasis Diagnosed by Histopathology: A Case Report

Abstract: Vesical paragonimiasis is an extremely rare form of ectopic infestation caused by Paragonimus spp. We reported a case of vesical paragonimiasis associated with urinary symptoms but without history of respiratory symptoms or cercarial dermatitis. The diagnosis was made by histopathological examination of the surgical specimens of the vesical masses.
