Very early endothelial cell loss after penetrating keratoplasty with organ-cultured corneas

Abstract: Aims After keratoplasty, postoperative endothelial cell loss is calculated between the eye bank endothelial cell density (ebECD) and the postoperative specular microscopy (SM).
