Vertical Handover Using Mutated-Salp Swarm Optimization Algorithm Based on Radial Basis Function Neural Network in Heterogeneous Networks

Abstract: The heterogeneous network for a 4th generation, not constantly supports enhanced mobility and communication amid the Wireless Access Network.
