Vertebral Remodeling in Eosinophilic Granuloma of the Spine

Abstract: The results demonstrate that conservative orthopedic treatment with immobilization in a brace is sufficient to allow for optimal vertebral remodeling. Partial to nearly complete reconstitution of vertebral height was seen in all cases. Thus, operative treatment with curettage of the lesion and bone grafting including multisegmental fusion with instrumentation is not necessary.
