Versatility of Reverse Sural Artery Flap (RSAF) in management of lower limb defects: Our experience

Abstract: Background: Wounds around the lower 1/3 rd of leg and foot are difficult to manage. Treatment options like skin grafting, healing by secondary intention can result in an unstable scar.
