Versatility of Dieffenbach’s Modification of Weber Fergusson’s Approach for Treatment of Maxillary Pathologies

Abstract: Objective The aim of the study is to evaluate the usage of Dieffenbach's modification of Weber-Fergusons approach in the treatment of lesions involving maxilla.
