Vermicompost alleviates the growth, quality, photosynthetic and biochemical traits of Verbena officinalis under salt stress

Bu çalışmada hercai menekşenin (Viola tricolor) morfolojisi, kalite parametreleri ve besin maddesi içerikleri üzerine çeşitli sıvı gübrelerin farklı dozlarının etkisi belirlenmiştir. Serada yürütülen araştırmada, 65 bitki ile tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre beş tekerrürlü olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sıvı solucan gübresi, sıvı yarasa gübresi, sıvı deniz yosunu gübresi ve sıvı mikrobiyal gübreleri üç farklı dozda (%0, %1, %2, %4) kullanılmıştır. Farklı dozlardaki çeşitli sıvı gübrelerin hercai menekşenin klorofil, karoten ve nispi nem içeriği ile estetik görünümü, çiçek sayısı, çiçek ağırlığı, bitki yaş ve kuru ağırlıkları üzerine etkileri ve bitki besin maddesi (azot, fosfor, potasyum, kalsiyum, magnezyum, demir, bakır, çinko ve mangan) konsantrasyonunda yaptıkları artış belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda hercai menekşe için en uygun sıvı gübre çeşidi ve doz önerileri yapılmıştır.
