Vergleichende biochemische Untersuchungen an der Augen-, Skelet- und Herzmuskulatur. I. ATPase

Abstract: Es wurde das Mg ++ -und Na+/K+-aktivierte ATPase-System von Ciliar-, äußerer Augen-, Herz-und Skeletmuskulatur des Kaninchens vergleichend untersucht. Der Ciliarmuskel ist als glatter Muskel durch eine im Vergleich zu den übrigen untersuchten Muskelgruppen niedrige ATPase-Aktivität des Homogenates bei relativ hoher Aktivität im Sarkoplasma und den Sarkosomen gekennzeichnet und weist im Gegensatz zu allen anderen untersuchten Muskelgruppen keine Na +
