Abstract:Hydrocephalus is a build-up of cerebrospinal fluid within the brain ventricles. It results from disturbance of production, flow or absorption of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) resulting in increase pressure within the brain ventricles or subarachnoid space (Toma, 2018).
