Abstract: Malignant ventricular arrhythmias (sustained ventricular tachycardia [VT] and ventricular fibrillation [VF]) are uncommon, but serious complications after coronary artery bypass grafting. Patient factors and surgery-related factors place post-operative CABG patients at higher risk for malignant ventricular arrhythmias.
