Abstract:A 62-year-old patient presented with dizzy spells after her dual chamber pacemaker (Medtronic Enrhythm P1501DR), implanted for complete AV block, had been reprogrammed to deliver antitachycardia therapy (ATP) for paroxysmal atrial tachycardia.
