Veiksniai, Įgalinantys Veiksmingai Veikti Organizacijų Tinklą

Abstract: Klaipėdos universitetas (Lietuva)ANOTACIJA Straipsnyje pateikti veiksniai, įgalinantys organizacijų tinklą efektyviai veikti, jų sąveikos rezultatas yra pridėtinės vertės kūrimas. Nustatyta, kad tinklas gali būti įvardijamas kaip efektyvus, jei turimas bendras tikslas, sukurta politika, turimi įvairių rūšių ištekliai, kurių reikia veiklai vykdyti, koordinuota organizacinė valdymo struktūra, užtikrintas optimalus 3 valdymas ir nuolatinė komunikacija.
