Vedolizumab for pediatric patients with gastrointestinal acute graft‐versus‐host‐disease

Abstract: Vedolizumab, an anti-α4β7 integrin monoclonal antibody, impairs homing of T-cells to the gastrointestinal (GI) endothelium and acts as a gut-selective anti-inflammatory agent.
