Vasospasm secondary to responsive neurostimulator placement: a previously unreported complication. Illustrative case

Abstract: BACKGROUND The Responsive Neurostimulation (RNS) system is an implantable device for patients with drug-resistant epilepsy who are not candidates for resection of a seizure focus.
