Vasectomy: A two-tier follow-up

Abstract: Two groups of males (consisting of 44 and 233 clients, respectively) who have undergone voluntary vasectomy were compared. The 44 males who, together with their wives, had had an intensive interview with a psychologist preceding the operation, were more enthusiastic in discussion with others, more often asked for advice and more positive in their recommendation.
