Vascularized Bone Graft to the Lunate Combined with Shortening of the Capitate and Radius for Treatment of Advanced Kienböck Disease After a Follow-Up for More Than 10 Years

Abstract: Purpose: This study aimed to report the outcomes of patients with stage III Kienb€ ock disease after treatment with a vascularized bone graft (VBG) to the lunate combined with capitate shortening osteotomy (CS) after a more than 10-year follow-up. Methods: A VBG to the lunate was combined with CS in 10 patients with stage III Kienb€ ock disease (6 patients with stage IIIA and 4 with stage IIIB).
