Vascular Anomalies Causing Symptomatic Tracheobronchial Compression

Abstract: Tracheobronchial compression from congenital vascular anomalies is a rare but treatable cause of respiratory symptoms. Early diagnosis requires a prompt, thorough clinical and radiologic evaluation. Surgery affords excellent long-term resolution of symptoms.
