Abstract: ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) are a family of small GTPases that regulate vesicle trafficking and actin dynamics in cells. Recent genetic analyses have revealed associations between variations in ARF genes and neurodevelopmental disorders, although their pathophysiological significance remains unclear.
