Abstract: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is an Epstein-Barrvirus (EBV)-associated malignancy. Previous studies have shown that NPC is associated with specific human leukocyte antigen (HLA) alleles which function in adaptive immunity to present viral and other antigens to the immune system.
