Variación genética en cerdo doméstico (Sus scrofa domestica) de Córdoba-Colombia basada en marcadores microsatélites

Abstract: Se evaluó mediante veinte microsatélites la variación genética de tres poblaciones de cerdos en Córdoba-Colombia. Todos los loci estudiados fueron polimórficos con una heterocigosidad observada que osciló en un rango de 0.2 a 84.2 % (con una media de 68.6 %) y una heterocigosidad esperada que varió entre 5.6 a 83.8 % (con una media de 70.2 %).
