Gender violence is a growing social phenomenon, it occurs in different ways at home, at school and in the workplace. This article examines the impact of psychological and verbal gender violence, the intention to rotate and the impact on women in the individual performance of women workers in the agricultural and industrial sectors in Mexico. The research is non-experimental quantitative, the sample of 560 employees. The relationships between constructs were tested with partial least squares models. The results indicate that the intention to rotate and its impact on women positively affect performance; psychological and verbal gender violence affects him negatively, but through mediating variables. The model weakly explains the intention to abandon (0.067), verbal gender violence (0.115), physical (0.268) and the impact on women (0.283); it moderately explains gender violence of a sexual type (0.429) and of a psychological type (0.469); and substantially to individual performance (0.831). It is concluded that gender violence negatively impacts the performance of female workers who suffer from it and increases their intention to rotate.
