Vapor−Liquid Equilibria of the Water + 1,3-Propanediol and Water + 1,3-Propanediol + Lithium Bromide Systems

Abstract: Vapor−liquid equilibrium data of the water + 1,3-propanediol and water + 1,3-propanediol + lithium bromide systems were measured at 60, 160, 300, and 760 mmHg at temperatures ranging from 315 to 488 K. The apparatus used in this work is a modified still especially designed for the measurement of low-pressure VLE, in which both liquid and vapor are continuously recirculated.
