Van gölü doğal sediment ve modifiye sediment üzerine krom (III) adsorpsiyonu (izoterm ve termodinamik analiz çalışması)

Abstract: Sediment, nehirlerin, göllerin, koyların, haliçlerin ve okyanusların tabanında yer alan yeryüzü katmanıdır. Dünyanın en büyük soda gölü olması, eşine rastlanmayacak büyüklükte ve güzellikte dipten yükselen güncel karbonat sütunları içermesi ve su seviyesinde yaşanan değişimler, Van Gölü'nü dünyanın en ilginç göllerinden biri yapar. Bu çalışmada Van Gölünden alınan doğal sediment ve asitle (HNO3) aktive edilmiş sedimentlerin ağır metal (Cr 3+) ile ilişkisi batch adsorpsiyon tekniği kullanılarak saptanmaya çalış… Show more

“…On the contrary, it is clear that the Langmuir-1 isotherm more closely reflects the experimental data when the single-layer adsorption capacity and correlation coefficients are calculated using the other four Langmuir model linear expressions [40]. This result demonstrates that adsorption occurs in a single layer and is homogeneous [53,54].…”

“…On the contrary, according to the single-layer adsorption capacities and correlation coefficients obtained by using the other four linear expressions of the Langmuir model, it is seen that the Langmuir-1 isotherm better matches the experimental Data [34]. This result shows that adsorption takes place in a single layer and is homogeneous [45,46]. Freundlich's constant (KF) depending on the adsorption capacity ranged from 265.58 mg/g to 418.56 mg/g with the temperature range studied.…”

“…In Table 2, Langmuir isotherm models were determined to be compatible with the Langmuir isotherm in terms of correlation factors and values between 0.9683 ≤ R 2 ≤ 0.9905. As a result, it shows that the adsorption occurs in monolayer coated and is homogeneous (Alacabey et al, 2020). R L values indicate that adsorption is unfavorable (R L > 1), linear (R L = 1), appropriate (0 < R L <1) and irreversible (R L = 0) (Sogut and Caliskan, 2017) As shown in Supplementary Table S2, R L values are appropriate because they fall within the range of 0-1.…”
