Fuzzy PID control is a control method with good adaptability and stability in complex environments. It is used to achieve precise regulation and stable control of the system. In this paper, a fish scale evolution GSOM is proposed to improve the control method of fuzzy PID. Firstly, the fish scale regulation system is established and the differential evolution theory is introduced to realize the evolutionary upgrading of the system. Secondly, the GSOM module is introduced. The system is optimized by self-organized mapping neural network to achieve dynamic regulation of polymorphic inputs. Meanwhile, the fuzzy rule base and parameter regulation mechanism in fuzzy PID control are dynamically optimized. Improve the performance of the control system. Finally, the control method of improved fuzzy PID for fish scale evolution GSOM is simulated using MATLAB. The simulation experiments also compare several traditional PID control methods. The comparison indexes include stability, robustness, control accuracy and feedback output effect. The results show that the method in this paper is more stable and has fewer iterations when facing the dynamic input environment. The tracking error and control output of the controller system are significantly improved. It has good feedback output effect, solves the saturation problem and has higher control accuracy.

In certain compression stations where twin-screw compressors assemblies are installed, certain operational problems have been observed when starting the assembly again after it was shut down. The downtime can vary from several minutes to a few days, depending on the shutdown causes. The gases accumulated in the compressor suction pipe can cause the inlet gas pressure to be above the typical pressure values ranging from atmospheric pressure (1 bar) to 1.5 bar. The compressor is automatically shut down via the sequences implemented in the automation control system if the pressure at the inlet of the compression unit exceeds 1.5 bar, this value being the maximum suction pressure that the compressor unit is designed to withstand. The solution introduces a potentiometer for providing feedback on the suction valve opening angle and thus optimizing the valve control to prevent the occurrence of higher pressures which may lead to failed start-ups or emergency shutdowns.

Variable valve mechanism and its technology are widely used in vehicle diesel engines. As a critical component, the performance of reciprocating actuator is the guarantee for the realization of electro-hydraulic variable valve. In order to solve the problem of high setting speed in electro-hydraulic camless variable valve system, a variable valve actuator based on annular gap buffer is proposed and optimized to realize quick closing and soft landing. The experimental results show that the actuator can achieve the purpose of setting buffer, and the setting speed is 0.5 m/s with 15 ms of closing time. AMESim is used to build the system simulation model and calibrated by experiments. The simulated lift curve is close to the experimental curve, and its Pearson coefficient is 0.9995. The influence of structural parameters on the system driving ability and buffering effect is studied through the model. According to the simulation results, the annular gap eccentricity will affect the buffering effect. When the eccentricity increases from 0.005 to 0.035 mm, the landing velocity increases by 0.1 m/s and the valve closing time decreases by 0.9 ms. NSGA-II method is used to optimize the structural parameters of the annular gap, and an obvious Pareto front is obtained and the optimal solution is applied in next experiments. The landing speed is reduced from 0.5 to 0.25 m/s, and the landing time is still less than 15 ms. This paper provides a simple cushioning scheme for electro-hydraulic camless variable valve soft landing which is independent of proportional valve.
